I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. I was stranded and had no way back home. And the owner Sam stayed till 8:00 p.m. to fix my car and getting my kids and I home back safely. You are not going to find that kind of service anywhere else guaranteed

I called Top Lube simply to request a quote, expecting a routine and professional interaction. Instead, I was met with an unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful response from the person who answered the phone. During the conversation, I was told that I “needed to go back toward the cheaper neighborhoods” if I was looking for something within my price range. The comment was completely inappropriate, condescending, and presumptuous. When I attempted to continue the conversation, the employee became increasingly argumentative and began yelling at me. I have never understood why someone would treat a prospective customer this way, particularly over a simple request for pricing. There was absolutely no reason for the interaction to become confrontational. A customer can be told that a service is outside of their budget without being belittled, stereotyped, or spoken to aggressively. For context, I am an educated professional with a career in medicine, but frankly, my profession, education, neighborhood, or financial circumstances should be irrelevant. Every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and dignity. What was most disappointing was not the price. It was the complete lack of professionalism. Businesses build their reputations through interactions like these, and unfortunately, this interaction left me with the impression that Top Lube has some serious work to do when it comes to customer service and how prospective customers are treated. I would strongly encourage management to address this employee’s conduct and reconsider what kind of customer experience they want their business to be known for. I called looking for a quote and left feeling insulted. That should never be the takeaway from a routine customer service call.

Called asked what cost for an oil change is guys said we dont do that and hung up.
